This easy-to-use website will let you view financial documents for someone who receives care funded by West Berkshire, at home, in the community or in a residential home.
You need to have a West Berkshire Council My Accout login before you can see any documents. You may have already registered for My Account, and you can see the services we offer using My Account <a href="https://www.westberks.gov.uk/myaccountlist" target="_blank">here</a>.

Registration has 3 steps:

Get login details
Click the button above to create a login name and password. You will be directed to another page to do this. You may need to verify your email address and we will issue a code for this.

Request access
Use your login details to sign in as directed. You will then be asked to provide your contact details and, if requesting access to another service user's documents, that person's details. Your request for access will be sent to West Berkshire Council for review. You may be required to verify your identity and if applicable, provide proof of your authority or permission to act on the service user’s behalf.

Sign in
West Berkshire Council will notify you by email when your request for access is approved. You can then return to this page and sign in using your login details to view the documents.
The Client Finance Portal requires identifying information about you and, if requesting access to another person's documents, about that person. Your information will be treated according to the high standards required by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).
